The Big Idea
Most people think you have to choose. Live a big, modern, joyful life — or go deep into faith and meaning. Daniel's whole message is that the choice is a lie.
Shabbat at Coachella. Kabbalah that reads like a manual for the mind. A sound bowl and a Torah scroll in the same room. This is Judaism that doesn't ask you to shrink your life. It asks you to go deeper into it.
Find you a rabbi that can do both.
Speaking
Dynamic yet grounded. Daniel weaves storytelling, ancient wisdom, music, and humor into an experience that lands with the mind and the heart — tailored for every audience, from Fortune 500 stages to candlelit Shabbat tables.
Ancient wisdom made urgently practical. For conferences, corporates, universities, and leadership forums.
Tradition you don't just hear — you feel. Sound, stillness, and ritual brought to life for communities and retreats.
The hardest questions about faith, meaning, and modern life — answered like a real person. Built for campuses, clubs, and podcasts.

About Daniel
Daniel Bortz has spent his life proving one thing: you don't have to choose between a full life and a deep one.
Known the world over as the Millennial Rabbi, Daniel makes 3,000 years of Jewish wisdom feel like it was written for right now. He's taught at Meta and Spotify, on university stages and at Federation services, and built soulful communities from San Diego to downtown Manhattan — always with the same goal: make the ancient feel alive, relatable, and usable.
In a world drowning in argument and division, Daniel's answer isn't to fight the darkness. It's to add light. Relatable wisdom, shared with warmth, so the caricature of the out-of-touch rabbi simply falls away on contact.
Community & Learning
Beyond the stage, Daniel builds spaces where this generation actually connects to its soul.
